Who We Are?

Welcome to Dopeca, a haven of hope for children with congenital anomalies and a platform for advancing community healthcare in Pakistan. At Dopeca, we’re driven by a commitment to provide life-saving medical interventions for children born with congenital anomalies. Our expertise spans surgeries for brain, spine, and other critical conditions, ensuring that no child is left behind due to lack of resources or access to healthcare. Beyond our focus on specialized surgeries, we also foster healthcare growth through general practice opportunities for doctors. This initiative not only bridges gaps in medical services for underserved communities but also supports the professional development of healthcare providers. Founded by a compassionate team of doctors and individuals with a shared vision, Dopeca operates on the principles of care, healing, and hope. Together, with the support of donors, doctors, and communities, we’re creating a future where every child has the opportunity to thrive and every family finds the care they need. Join us in our journey to transform lives—one surgery, one doctor, and one child at a time.

Calculation of the donation

The calculation of donations involves adding up all the contributions received from individuals, organizations, or groups, whether monetary or in-kind, to determine the total amount of support raised for a cause or initiative.

Donation information refers to the details about the contributions made to a cause, including the amount, donor details (if available), donation method, and the purpose of the donation. It helps track and manage donations effectively for transparency and accountability.

The possibility of help refers to the potential or ability of individuals, organizations, or communities to provide assistance or support, whether through donations, volunteer work, resources, or services, in addressing needs or challenges.

We work by mobilizing volunteers, donors, and partners to address critical needs through community-driven initiatives. Our efforts focus on providing essential services with transparency and accountability to make a meaningful impact.

Funding Hope

Brain surgery is one of the most critical procedures in medicine. It helps save lives and improve the quality of life for patients dealing with severe conditions like brain tumors, injuries, or congenital issues. However, for many patients, accessing such essential treatment can be challenging. Your contributions can be the light of hope they need, offering them a chance to recover and thrive.

Brain Surgeries for Congenital Conditions

Congenital conditions, also known as birth defects, are structural or functional abnormalities present from birth. These conditions can affect any part of the body, including the brain. While some congenital brain anomalies are mild and manageable with non-invasive treatments, others require brain surgery to correct or alleviate symptoms, prevent complications, and improve quality of life. This blog explores the scenarios where brain surgeries become necessary for congenital conditions and delves into their importance.
